Hatha Yoga and diseases

There is no scientific evidence conclusive that hatha yoga has positive or negative health benefits. However, the technique is thousands of years and people posed by the practice of meditation and demand for a variety of health benefits. Hatha yoga is said by some to be able to ease any discomfort from intestinal problems, headaches. The stretches and poses are said to massage the balance of internal organs of the body of chemicals naturally.

Also, massaging the internal muscles, the poses and stretches are thought to relieve menstrual pain and other discomforts associated with the menstrual cycle.
