  • Tomorrow: 8 am – have a heavy meal just as you need energy for their daily work. That yes, little heavy and not heavy. Next combinations are shown to be effective:

  2. Fresh fruit juice & toast
  3. Milk + fresh fruit
  4. Tortilla Toast + + fresh fruit juice
    • Tomorrow: 11 am – So your mind is hungry? Do not worry. Having one kind of fruit juice or biscuits. Even cream cookie will.
    • Afternoon: 2 pm – Ah, lunchtime. Let's eat something tasty. This may consist of pasta, rice or potatoes and a glass of water. Remember, a glass of water is very important and consumes only after you finish your lunch.
    • Evening 5 pm – As the 11 hours, filling the stomach with fresh fruit or crackers.
    • At night 8 pm – Dinner time! Like lunch, you can eat pasta, rice or potatoes. Also throw some meatballs, if desired. My dinner consists of soup, potatoes and rice. Drink a glass of water after you finish.

    There you go – five healthy meals each day with appropriate breaks in between. So eat five meals a day and not gain a single pound.
