Let's face breaks suck. And no matter how often you hear yourself or others, saying: "Oh honey, that was the best," his heart still feels the constant pain of the loss of their romantic relationship. Especially in the early weeks of the disintegration of their relationship. And what we usually do when we feel the pain? We locked ourselves in our homes and near our curtains in the world. If you happen to live too far from any natural water, finding a source or reservoir or even a swimming pool and do the same. When the sun melts into the horizon, look out on water and let it heal. Breathe in the scene with all their senses. Taking time to observe nature has a powerful healing effect.

Buy a bag of locally grown fruits, vegetables, breads and cakes and you will cook a nice meal. Spend some time in the flower stalls. Smell, touch and appearance of each type of intensity. Choose flowers that make smile more and buy a bushel. Transfer to a bowl and sample in the center of the dinner table as a perfect complement to your home cooking.
