The paradox of human life: multitasking to enjoy the calm, focus, letting go, and peace. The awakening process is about finding what awakens us to our truth. This can be a very chaotic as experiment and experience in many different ways of growing and finding us themselves. The hardest part is to tame the ego and the liberation of our identification of self as we are. The key part of this process is awakening to the realization that Life is not a rehearsal! It is something like, "shit or get off the pot!" This is a fun event as there will be plenty of free during this period of awakening. At this point you may wonder, where's the fun?
It is in the awakening to truth and our purpose to find the humor in the condition human. The experience of the illusions of our past conditioning and belief systems. For many of us wake up to the goddesses / gods that we are. That being the case, you might as well have fun while we are here and find everything we want to experience. It is during this exercise that starts to not take life so seriously. We begin to find that letting go and currently produces results with less effort, less time, more attention and more enjoyment. Does this mean that you can ease, have fun and laugh while they express their dreams and desires? Yes!
I remember how I communicate many of these activities, healthy holiday that are not producing the same fun activities, but his mentality and the perception that open the door to love and joy. So hold while we explore some of the ways we enjoy being in our happiness! First I'd recommend a book called "Vacations that can change your life: adventures, Retreats and Workshops for the mind, body and spirit "by Ellen Lederman. Hopefully it's not a new issue as I have is 1998. This is a good starting point. Other trips are vacations and cruises that are designed to spiritual issues and personal growth. I recommend the book "1,000 Places to See Before You Die" by Patricia Schultz, and the 30th anniversary special trip for Outside magazine "World's Largest Travel. Ever. Any travel plan can be a and spiritual growth. She pledged that makes all the difference!
