Are visible panty lines embarassing or gross?

I’ve never even heard of such a thing until i started wearing yoga pants and I’ve search up about yoga pants on this site! I just don’t understand what could be so embarassing about Visible panty lines (as alot of girls on this site are worried about it) What’s so embarassing? Everyone wears underwears (well at least they should), and everyone knows that everyone else wears underwears. Wouldn’t it even be more gross if someone doesn’t wear an underwear?

Maybe I’m confused… are visible panty lines embarssing/gross, or just not sexy? I’m ok with not looking sexy (“granny underwears” are the only underwears i will wear for the rest of my life! ) I just don’t want be embarssed or gross or talked about in class.

I mean i’m not taking off my pants for people to see my underwear… what’s the big deal?

nah it’s definitely sexy on most girls, not all girls though i.e. fat/obese is gross however on normal size girls or skinnier then is sexy and should be done more, i don’t see why girls find it embarrassing and don’t like showing a vpl as is sexy and can look good

I need a mantra for meditation and yoga, please help!?

I have started doing yoga and a bit of meditation and I need help finding a good mantra for me to center myself. I am not in a class yet as I want to just try it out for a while.

I’ve tried using websites and stuff, but my searches haven’t pulled anything up yet that are relaxing sounding to me. I’ve tried Ham-sa to some success and even Om Namah Shivaya, but I want something … quieter? Does that make sense?

Any help pointing me in the right direction or even suggesting some mantra would be great.

“Sat Nam” mean “Truth is my identity” or “True identity”,
It´s used for to end (say it three times, during you already is lie on your bak) and for stay in concentration during, some of the moments in, the yoga practice, certainly in the (kundaliniyoga exercise which is called) “Surya Kriya”.

“Sat” is said while you breath out (the stomach “goes in”), and “Nam” while you breath in (the stomach is relaxing and “goes out”).

(In the beginning of the practice, is the “Adi-mantra” performed: “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo”, those “Namo” is slitted in the “speech”: “Na” and “mo”, and has also an own little melody)
