every morning I wake up at 8am, have a yogurt and go for the sprint of 9.10 til 8:35 when I get home I do housework and have a shower then go to the gym at 10.30 til 11.45 i then go swimming immediately after from 12.30 til after I have a light salad and some fruit and a break until 1.30 then i take my dogs for a walk when I get back til 2.15 and I play Wii games til about 4 exercise with my husband i then have a meat based sandwich and my husband and I watch the news together at 5pm, I go to yoga and dance classes. I come home at 7pm, put kids to bed and have about 3 bottles of vodka at that time on its 8pm, so I'm on my bike and then at 9 pm bed and I sometimes have sex what do you think, is this good?
