Interval Cardio vs. High Intensity Cardio: Which is better?

I want to make absolute sure I dont plateau now that I’ve hit a groove. The reason Im concerned is Im not losing inches off my waist for the past 2 weeks, despite still eating well, 15 min strength training and 15 yoga, 30 min of cardio. Is it better for me to try to run the whole 30, or is it better to interval at running 20 seconds and resting 10, repeating the whole time?

Do lululemon pants pill?

The yoga pants I’ve bought in the past were good at first, but after you wash them once, the fabric starts to ‘pill’ and don’t look nice anymore. I need a good pair of yoga pants for dance. My friends warned me that TNA pants pills. I’ve seen a lot of dancers at my studio wearing them and they look nice. So do they? If they do, what are some other alternates?

I have had several pairs of the Groove Pants over the last few years and they haven’t started to pill; however… They did warn me at the store many times to never, ever wash or dry the pants with towels, blankets, fuzzy sweaters and the fluffy material on those items WILL cause the pants to pill.
