Retreats in or around Los Angeles?

I’ve been getting over anxiety and panic attacks that I suffered for a couple weeks this month. I’m a lot better thanks to meeting with a therapist, but I would reaaaally love a couple days just to myself. Maybe do some yoga, meditation, message. All that good stuff! Anyone have a recommendation?
