How to clean blood from a yoga mat?
My yoga mat has blood in it a few weeks ago. How can I clean this?
How to clean a yoga mat: Things you need: hot water detergent spray bottle of light cloth towel to wipe clean minor stains or refresh your carpet, a mixture of four drops of dish soap in two cups of water. Spray the mattress with the solution and wipe with a cloth or sponge. Heavier cleaning for heavy dirt, soak the carpet in a solution of warm water and a few drops of soap. Wash the mattress in the soapy water and rinse well. Drying before leaving your air field dry, put a towel over it and jelly roll-call style. Step on the mat to squeeze out excess water. Do not put the rug in the dryer. Washer For general cleaning, can placing the mat in the washer with detergent for delicates and run it on a soft light or cycle. Use only cold water to avoid damaging the carpet. Clean Calendar Yoga mats should be cleaned once every two months depending on the frequency of the mat is used. Tip Do not use soap too by some other method of cleaning or mat could become slippery during use.
