Pavana-Mukta-asana is particularly beneficial in releasing trapped digestive gas from the stomach and intestines. You'll need to lie in a relaxed manner. After inhaling, bend your right knee and bring your chest with your hands, keeping your fingers interlaced all time. Keep your left leg straight. Hold your breath for a few seconds and then exhale, lift your head and try to touch the knee with the forehead. Stay in this position a few seconds and then turning his head back on the floor and breathe. Then bring your right leg back to the ground. Repeat with left leg.

Another yoga pose, which is beneficial to lower back, abdomen and chest, is where vriksasana must stand with both feet touching from the heel to toe. You should stand upright with your back straight and your arms slightly press against the sides with palms facing inward. Hands should snap together in the palm of the hand near the chest.
