How can yoga help you find the mental and emotional balance in a crisis situation? It's so easy to become upset by current events, a traffic jam, or a domestic dispute. How can Yoga help us to "stay calm" when being analyzed by the situations real life? An account that each of us must come to is that we create a state of anxiety from within. If you watch a flock of birds, birds feel more anxiety, create a state of panic in the entire flock. Human beings are as guilty of creating a state of fear within the groups.
