Vajrasana is one of the simplest asanas. Anyone can do it without putting more pressure on parts of his body. There are certain benefits you can get by doing this asana.

It has been observed that the regular practice of this asana increases the secretion of the glands, which are vital for physical and mental health of a person.

Along with other benefits of doing yoga postures, Vajrasana aid the digestion process and helps in the elimination of gastric problems. Those who have suffered the knee pain would benefit from doing this position.

Those who practice this asana regularly does not suffer from fever, constipation, indigestion and other ailments minor or major. Your mind also gets stabilized in this asana. It is very useful while doing the meditation, and that helps you become focused, centered.

It is very Vajra Asana easy to do.

First, sit on the floor by extending your legs forward and put the palms of the hands at rest. Then fold one leg from the knee and put it under the buttock. Repeat for other leg act in a way that the rest of the stuff in the legs and buttocks on the heels.

Keep breathing to normal speed. Even if you do not try to maintain normal breathing, normal speed will catch your course! Put both hands on the thighs and sit upright. You may feel some pain in the ankles, knees or feet, but gradually settled.

Sit in this position so long as you can.
