Almost everyone has had some type of back pain during their lifetime. For most, it eventually disappears. For some, however, never goes away back pain. Yoga can be the answer to back pain.
Recent studies show that regular yoga practice can have an extraordinary effect on relieving rigidity and the agony of chronic back pain.
Yoga offers relief from back pain in several different ways. This has to do with how the spine is affected by the alignment and function of all body parts. The condition of the legs, hips, pelvis, shoulders and buttocks, even influences the back condition. Because of this, as it improves strength and flexibility throughout the body, your back is in better shape.
The large majority of people, not terribly pay special attention to the way they move and keep the body throughout the day. Sometimes we tell ourselves so that damage, instead of supporting our framework.
