Japa Yoga?
What exactly Japa Yoga? Wikipedia is not very specific. Is it true that it is much like saying the Rosary?
Japa is the ritual of saying: "Holy Mantras counting rosaries. It's something you'll do as soon as they sign off, actually. It is similar to the Rosary, but different … The rosary has broken when you say different sentences. Prayer beads is saying the same mantra 108 times. I always say "Jai Ganesha" (praise of Ganesha).
