Specifically, what is best for fat burning heart rate zones?
I know all Abou tThe 70% of heart rate is considered the area fat burning and such (to me), I wonder if I am exercising and my heart rate is up to 156 approx, now I'm in a different area of exercise, without But I am still burning fat efficiently right? What is the difference between the two areas? The equation is 220 minus your age and such, just need to know what is the difference in burning fat in the areas. My main goal is to lose weight but not muscle. I do yoga and such so I have the muscle, I just want I lose fat. (dont we all?)
You do not really need to get your HR up that much to burn fat. Anaerobic exercise puts your body in the area fat burning. If you are doing atheletic / cardio yoga, you're probably beyond that, but if it's just regular yoga, youre right there in the burning of fat optimal area. Warning: you want to be above the burning zone fat (fat burning and muscle) for at least some of your workouts, allowing you to develop muscles more efficiently. When your muscles break down and build back up, get stronger and burn more fat at rest. Brokers and cyclists are consistently above the burning zone fat and are definitely cleaner, not without.
